Save 30% on the line rental of all web Animal pay monthly plans and sim only plans with our exclusive friends and family offer. How's that for a deal?
Sometimes you have to make tough decisions, and this is one of those times. You can have an iPhone on an iPhone plan. Or you can keep your Friends and Family discount. But we're sorry - unfortunately you can't have both.
So here's the difficult bit. You can have your iPhone now and live without your discount until your next upgrade. Or, you could wait a few short months until the new year when we'll have a new version of Friends and Family discount that we can offer you on a new iPhone plan.
here's what to do
- choose a pay monthly or sim only plan
- pick a phone and accessories
- proceed to the checkout
- enter your friend's promotion code to get your 30% discount
The Friends and Family discount can only be applied to a pay monthly phone plan, including SIM-only, not to any of our other products. That means that if you sign up for a combined mobile and broadband package you won't be able to get this discount.
Existing customers - IMPORTANT
Already have the Friends and Family 30% discount on your account? Then just upgrade online via www.orange.co.uk/youraccount - you'll need to sign in or register to use this service.
If you're already on an Orange pay monthly contract as an existing customer and you're in the last 3 months of your contract, you can get the discount when you upgrade. All you need to do is:
- Email Orange.offers@orange-ftgroup.com with the following details:
Your full name, date of birth and home postcode
Orange mobile phone number
Friends and Family promotional code
Name of the employee that has given you the code - We'll need to check your account details and promotional code, which will take up to one working day, but often only takes a few hours, then we'll email you to confirm that you can upgrade with your new discount.
