To get online, first insert your SIM card into your dongle. Now plug your dongle into your computer's USB drive. The installation will start automatically. Wait until installation is complete. Now double click on the orange icon on your desk top. Click 'connect' - you're now connected to the internet. Now access the Internet as you would from any computer.

  • How is Internet Everywhere different from Wi-Fi?

    Wi-Fi is a wireless technology that allows PCs, laptops and other devices to connect to a network, and usually the Internet. It's useful within a building such as your home, or a cafe. Internet Everywhere uses the Orange mobile network to give you an Internet connection, which means that you can stay connected anywhere you have Orange coverage. hide

  • What is a dongle?

    A dongle is the name for the USB device that allows you to connect to mobile broadband. You might also hear it called a USB modem or USB stick. hide

  • What is 1GB?

    A Giga Byte is an amount of data. We provide a number of plans and bundles to ensure that Internet Everywhere is always suitable for your needs, whether you occasionally surf the Internet, or regularly download music. How does it work?

You simply add the desired data bundle to your monthly contract, and enjoy the additional monthly usage allowance.

What is the contact length?

The bundles are 30 days rolling, which means that you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your data bundle at any time and the changes will be reflected from your next billing date.

How do you add your data bundle?

Simply choose the mobile broadband bundle you want - with a laptop or without - and add on the data bundle to suit your needs.
