The Samsung Solid Xcover is built to withstand the elements. Being IP67 registered means it's designed to deal with harsh conditions and is dust and waterproof. However, being robust doesn't mean it's lacking in features — you can still whip out the 2 megapixel camera while on the road, tune into the FM radio with RDS or illuminate the night with the built-in torch.
