Everything Everywhere, the company behind Orange and T-Mobile, is about to launch a new brand called EE.

EE is the new brand for a digital age and will offer the UK’s first mobile 4G network and Fibre Broadband for the home, along with the UK’s biggest 3G network.

In the coming months, Orange broadband will become EE broadband. So you’ll be an EE customer.

EE will open up a new world of possibilities

Fibre Broadband from EE will be ten times faster than the UK average, giving you a superfast experience, no matter how many of the family are online. Once EE launches, you’ll be the first to know when you can upgrade onto Fibre Broadband if you live in an area where it’s available.

Everything you love about your Orange broadband will stay the same. The price you pay for your broadband and your plan details won’t change, and you’ll still get two for one cinema tickets on a Wednesday.

There are some things that will change over time; your bills, Direct Debit and access to Your Account will all gradually change from Orange to EE and we’ll let you know when these changes happen.

Your local Orange and T-Mobile stores will be replaced with new EE stores, giving you access to over 700 stores, with even better help on offer.

You’ll need an EE Fibre broadband plan. Fibre speed may vary depending on distance from street cabinet and how many people are using the network at the same time as you. Traffic management policies apply, please see ee.co.uk. 10 times faster based on 58.5 Mbps average speed on EE Fibre compared to the average speed of 5.9Mbits/s on ADSL broadband across the UK (source: most recent Ofcom broadband speed survey).

when will I become an EE broadband customer?

No, all Orange broadband customers will automatically become EE broadband customers when EE launches. Nearer the time, we’ll be in touch to let you know more about EE and the great benefits available.
will my broadband service and plan stay the same?

Everything you love about Orange broadband will stay the same. The price you pay for your broadband and what’s included won’t change, and you’ll still get two for one cinema tickets on a Wednesday.
will I still have access to Your Account?

Yes, you’ll still be able to use Your Account for online help and support, or to view your latest bill. Your username and password won’t change.
what’s Fibre Broadband?

Fibre Broadband enables you to connect to the internet ten times faster than the UK average.
will I be able to upgrade to Fibre Broadband?

If you’re an Orange broadband customer (in or out of contract), you’ll be able to upgrade to our new Fibre Broadband plans when they’re available, depending on where you live.
where will Fibre Broadband be available?

When EE launches, Fibre Broadband will be available to about 11 million households in the UK and you’ll be able to check your coverage online. We’ll continue to expand our coverage over the coming years.

You can continue to contact us exactly as you did before. You can call 0844 873 8586, free from an Orange landline. Or if you’re on one of our pay monthly mobile phone plans, just dial 150 from your mobile. There’ll be someone here to help you between 7am and 11pm every day.

If you sign up to Orange broadband today, you’ll enjoy all the benefits of Orange broadband. And when EE launches, you’ll automatically become an EE broadband customer. Nearer the time, we’ll be in touch to let you know more about EE and the great benefits available.
