Insurance and warranty on your phone with Orange Care and if your phone is lost, stolen, damaged or develops a fault we’ll dispatch a replacement to you usually within 24 hours of your claim being accepted.

- Orange Care has a 4 month minimum term with the first month free

- report any theft or malicious damage to the local police within 48 hours
- get in touch with Orange within 48 hours for all claim notification
- if you’re outside the UK call us on +44 7973 100 250 as soon as possible – we’ll send your replacement phone to you when you’re back in the UK
- a £15 admin fee may apply to all accepted claims
a replacement phone for you usually dispatched within 24 hours of your claim being accepted
- if your phone is lost or stolen we’ll send your replacement phone by post
- if your phone is damaged or develops a fault we’ll send your replacement by courier as we’ll need to collect your damaged or faulty phone
- we’ll send your replacements direct to any specified UK address
free reconnection
The reconnection charge to Orange, the transfer of all your Service Plan details and the replacement of your original phone numbers are all free.
Orange Care payments
You’ll see your Orange Care payments as separate items on your bill each month. Insurance premiums are exempt from VAT and include Insurance Premium Tax at the current rate.
