This should only take a few minutes to complete but it can take up to 24 hours to activate your pay monthly phone.

Please note that:

• This is for Orange pay monthly customers only. To activate a pay as you go phone, please visit pay as you go activation.
• You only need to activate your phone and SIM if you have purchased through our online shop. If you purchased through any other channel (e.g in store or over the phone) then your equipment should already be activated.

Your SIM number is 19 digits in length and can be found on the outside of the box your phone arrived in. If you don't have the box, you'll also find it on the SIM packaging or on the SIM card itself.
