When you join the broadband & off peak calls or broadband & anytime calls plan you can add an international calls option for an extra £4 a month. You'll get unlimited inclusive calls from your home phone to the following countries subject to a fair use policy: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and USA.

The unlimited inclusive calls are subject to a fair use policy of 1000 minutes a month. If you go over that amount we reserve the right to suspend your ability to make these types of international calls until the start of the next monthly period. If you already have broadband & off peak calls or broadband & anytime calls plan you can still add the international calls option, but you'll need to agree to another 12 month minimum connection period. The international calls option will remain active until the end of your minimum term contract, or to the point you change to another eligible broadband plan.
