to your home phone and broadband

We won’t keep you waiting for your home phone and broadband. Just follow these easy steps to start browsing or making calls.

register for Orange broadband

Use our online postcode checker to see if you can get Orange broadband where you live. You’ll get an answer immediately. If you’re in our network area, you can order online – just follow the prompts – and we’ll send you a confirmation email with your order number.

set up your wireless router

Within about five days you’ll receive your wireless router. Simply follow the instructions on the box to set it up.

start browsing

Within 5-10 days your broadband line will be activated – or transferred to Orange if you switched from another provider using a MAC code. You’ll receive an email – and a text message if you gave us your mobile number – to confirm when your line’s active.

Home Ultra

Once your broadband line has been activated, you can phone our activation line for your Second Line service. You’ll find details of how to do this in the email we send you when your broadband line has been activated. Your Second Line will be ready to use within 48 hours of you making the call.

if you have

Home Starter, Home Max or Home Ultra

Within 17-22 days your home phone service should be transferred from your previous provider. We’ll email you again at this point to confirm when this has happened so you can start using your inclusive calls.
